What is Swordsoul.com’s RETURN POLICY?
All claims must be made within 3 days after receiving merchandise. Items that have been used will not be accepted. Only items with manufacturer defects can be returned. Once items are returned buyer will receive store credit or new merchandise of equal or lesser value. No refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for losses or damages sustained in transit. Any shortages or damages sustained in transit must be reported and noted at the time of receipt of merchandise and buyer must notify Swordsoul.com within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Swordsoul.com will not accept any merchandise returned after 30 days from purchase.

Is there a MINIMUM ORDER required?
No minimum order is required, but if you order $100.00 or more and live in the S.F. Bay Area, we will deliver free of charge, that’s a savings of at least $20.00! There is a 50% deposit required for special orders, deposits are not refundable.
